HOW IT WORKS
01 THE OPENING
You tell me what keeps breaking and I start asking why.
You tell me the fire you keep fighting; I ask the questions that show whether it's the actual cause or just the loudest symptom. By the end of one conversation we both know if there's something worth digging into.
02 THE MAP
I map how the firm actually runs.
Not how the process doc says it runs. I follow the real work - the handoffs, the workarounds, the place things quietly stall and talk to the people actually doing it. The gap between those two is almost always where the recurring problem lives.
03 THE ROOT CAUSE
I find the root cause and show you what it’s costing.
You get the one thing that keeps the fire burning, in plain language, with a number attached and the two best ways to close it. No fifty-page binder. A clear picture and a decision.
04 THE DECISION
You choose what happens next.
Take the map and run it yourself, or bring me back to build the fix with your team. Either way it's yours to keep. If we build, I make sure it holds when I'm not in the room because the goal was never for you to need me.

The Two-Week Diagnostic
$5,000 · two weeks
For firms where the same problem keeps resurfacing and nobody can say why.
I map how your firm actually runs, not how the process doc says it does, find the thing that keeps breaking, and hand you a clear picture of what it's costing you and the two best ways to fix it.
You leave with a documented root cause and two paths forward. What you do next is yours to keep, retainer or not.
$2,500 to start, $2,500 on delivery. If I don't surface at least $5,000 in recoverable cost or time, you don't pay the second half.
02 IF YOU WANT THE FIX BUILT
The Implementation Sprint
Scoped per project → Fixed fee
For firms that want the diagnostic's recommended fix actually put in place, not handed a plan and left to run it themselves.
We pick one of the two paths from your diagnostic, scope it as a fixed-fee project with a clear finish line, and I build it with your team: the new process, the handoffs, the documentation, so it holds when I'm not in the room.
Bounded by design. This is a project with an end date, not a standing seat in your firm.
